Where can I access app tutorials?

If you’ve downloaded the Pure Energy Music app, you can access app tutorials.

• Open the Pure Energy Music app.
• Click the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen, this will take you to the Accounts page.
• Click ‘Welcome Tutorial’.

How should a fitness instructor use the app?

We recommend that instructors take time to explore the Pure Energy Music app – inputting their preferences to create an accurate Music Taste Profile, and navigating through the app to discover the perfect soundtrack for their session – before planning their session.

Instructors can further customise their experience by:

• Creating User Playlists
• Adjusting The BPM Controller
• Utilising The Interval Timer

How many devices can I use to stream the music?

If you have an Individual subscription, you can sign in to 2 devices at the same time.

If you have a Single Site, Multi Site or Enterprise subscription, each member of your team can sign in to 2 devices at the same time.

You can download the Pure Energy Music app via the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices).

What devices can I use to access the app?

You can download the Pure Energy Music app via the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices). The app can be accessed on all mobile phones and tablets.

Pure Energy Music will be available via a desktop web app in 2025.

Does the Pure Energy Music app work when instructors aren’t inside the gym?

The Pure Energy Music app is accessible across all mobiles and tablets – on-site at a gym, and off-site – enabling fitness professionals to plan exceptional sessions in advance.

Instructors can plan their classes on the go, without being limited by their internet access. Pure Energy Music tracks, albums, playlists and mixes can be downloaded for off-line playback within the app.
