What happens after I purchase a subscription?

If you purchase an Individual or Single Site subscription, you’ll receive an email confirming the details of your purchase and how to download and access the Pure Energy Music app. Subscribers get full access to the Pure Energy Music app immediately after purchasing a subscription — starting with a 14-day free trial.

For Multi Site, Enterprise or Connected Fitness Partner subscriptions, an Account Manager will guide you through the process before you subscribe, and assist with your team onboarding after a subscription is purchased.

How do I create an account?

To create an account, first you must decide which subscription package is right for you.

Can I listen to the music before subscribing?

The Pure Energy Music app can be accessed without a subscription, by clicking ‘Continue as a guest’ during the sign in process. 

Using the app as a ‘Guest’, allows playback of all content with watermarks. This enables users to get a feel for the Pure Energy Music app (including sampling the music library) before subscribing.

Can I have a free trial?

Individual and Single Site Pure Energy Music subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial. If the subscription isn’t cancelled within the 14-day free trial period, it will automatically continue and the subscription owner will be billed.

Enterprise and Connected Fitness Partner subscriptions don’t include a 14-day free trial, however users can download the Pure Energy Music app and ‘Continue as a guest’ to sample the music with watermarks before creating a subscription.
