How do I change the BPM?
Tailor the tempo of the music to your class by utilising the BPM Controller:
- Open the Pure Energy Music app.
- Select a track, album or mix. Then, click the play button.
- Click the BPM Controller bar located underneath the track artwork – this indicates the current track’s BPM.
- Click ‘+’ to increase the BPM, or ‘-’ to decrease the BPM.
How do I upgrade my subscription?
If you require additional users, sites or benefits, you may wish to upgrade your subscription.
I accidentally cancelled my account. Can I re-subscribe and restart my account?
If you’ve cancelled your App Store / Google Play Store subscription and want to resubscribe go here
If you’ve subscribed via the App Store / Google Play Store and wish to cancel your subscription so that you may re-subscribe to a membership in accordance with our website pricing, cancel your subscription on the app (navigate to Account > Delete Account (at the bottom of this page).

What happens when a Team Member leaves/is removed from a Team?
When a Team Member leaves a team, they will still be able to play the app contents, but the audio will be watermarked.
Team Managers are notified via email when a Team Member leaves a Team.
Team Members are notified via email when they’ve been removed from a Team.
