Where can I access app tutorials?
If you’ve downloaded the Pure Energy Music app, you can access app tutorials.
- Open the Pure Energy Music app.
- Click the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen, this will take you to the Accounts page.
- Click ‘Welcome Tutorial’.

What happens when a Team Member leaves/is removed from a Team?
When a Team Member leaves a team, they will still be able to play the app contents, but the audio will be watermarked.
Team Managers are notified via email when a Team Member leaves a Team.
Team Members are notified via email when they’ve been removed from a Team.
I already have an account. Should my gym sign me up with a new login?
If your Team Manager has sent you an invitation to a new Pure Energy Music account, and you already have an existing subscription, please cancel your Individual subscription first, before accepting your Team Manager’s invitation to your new account.
We strongly recommend that you accept the invitation from your Team Manager to your new Pure Energy Music account.
To retain your data (including user playlists and favourites) from your previous account, you must sign up with the email address that was connected to your initial Individual account. Your new account will be funded by the gym you work for.
How does a fitness instructor join a Team?

An instructor can join a Team by accepting the email invitation sent to them from their Team Manager.
After accepting the invitation, the instructor will be prompted to create an account on pureenergymusic.com. If the instructor is already registered, they can sign in with their current details.
Once the instructor’s account has been created, the instructor can download the Pure Energy Music app from the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices). The instructor should sign in to the app with the username + passwords used to create their account.
If your Team Manager has sent you an invitation to a new Pure Energy Music account, and you already have an existing subscription, please cancel your Individual subscription first, before accepting your Team Manager’s invitation to your new account. Your data (including user playlists and favourites) will be retained.
How does a Team Manager add/remove Members?
After a Team Manager has signed up, a welcome email will provide their username and password.
With these details, Team Managers can sign in to pureenergymusic.com.
As a Team Manager, you can add or remove Team Members by following these step-by-step instructions:
- Go to the Account page. Click ‘Teams’ from the left-hand side menu.
- Locate the Team you’d like to modify and click ‘View Team’.
- To add members to your Team, click ‘Add Team Member’ in the top right.
- Add members by email invitation:
Enter the email address of the member.
Then, select their ‘Role’.
Role Options
Member – allows access to the app
Manager – allows access to the app + permission to manage the Team
Then, click ‘Invite Member’.
Alternatively, invite members by sharing the ‘Invite Link’. This link will allow members to register themselves for your team. Please use caution when sharing this, as it allows any visitor to add themselves to your team.
Once added, members will receive an email inviting them to join your Team. This email provides step-by-step instructions on how to create an account, and how to download the Pure Energy Music app.
If the member has already subscribed as an Individual, they should cancel their existing subscription before accepting your invitation to join the Team.
To remove Team Members, simply click the red ‘X’ at the right-hand side of the Team Member’s name. Team Members will be notified if they are removed from a Team.
