Can I play Pure Energy Music online during a livestream?
A Pure Energy Music subscription allows users to use any tracks, albums or mixes across social media platforms within content including live streams.
Occasionally, social media platform algorithms may mistake a small section of ‘Rights Included’ music for a track that’s subject to licensing restrictions.
If a recorded video of your live stream is muted due to a copyright claim, you should dispute the claim. You will be offered the option to dispute the copyright claim by the relevant social media platform.
Soundtracking on-demand online content requires a Connected Fitness Partners subscription.
How do I upgrade my subscription?
If you require additional users, sites or benefits, you may wish to upgrade your subscription.
What happens after I purchase a subscription?
If you purchase an Individual or Single Site subscription, you’ll receive an email confirming the details of your purchase and how to download and access the Pure Energy Music app. Subscribers get full access to the Pure Energy Music app immediately after purchasing a subscription — starting with a 14-day free trial.
For Multi Site, Enterprise or Connected Fitness Partner subscriptions, an Account Manager will guide you through the process before you subscribe, and assist with your team onboarding after a subscription is purchased.

Will I get an invoice each time I’m billed?
Whether you’ve chosen to be billed monthly or annually, upon the date of renewal, a detailed invoice will be sent from Pure Energy Music to the primary email address connected with the account.
