How do I create an account?
To create an account, first you must decide which subscription package is right for you.
Does my package cover more than one site?
Individual subscriptions are not restrictive to one site. A freelance instructor may use the Pure Energy Music app across multiple venues.
Single Site subscriptions cover one site only.
Multi Site and Enterprise subscriptions cover more than one site.
Do I need a full membership or just background music?
Single Site, Multi Site, and Enterprise subscriptions include Background music channels.
Individual and Connected Fitness Partner subscriptions don’t include Background music channels.
Is it a one-off payment or contract?
Pure Energy Music is a subscription service. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and access will remain until the next renewal date – at which point the subscription will be automatically cancelled and no further charges will be taken.
For Individual and Single Site subscription, payment is taken monthly or annually.
For Multi Site, Enterprise and Connected Fitness Partner subscriptions there is a fixed term contract, renewed and billed annually.
Can I listen to the music before subscribing?
The Pure Energy Music app can be accessed without a subscription, by clicking ‘Continue as a guest’ during the sign in process.
Using the app as a ‘Guest’, allows playback of all content with watermarks. This enables users to get a feel for the Pure Energy Music app (including sampling the music library) before subscribing.
To remove the watermarks, users must sign up for a subscription.
