  1. On a mobile or tablet, download the Pure Energy Music app via the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices).
  2. Open the Pure Energy Music app.
  3. Input your login details (supplied to you after subscribing) then, click ‘Sign In’.
  4. The first time you sign in, you’ll see a page of Terms and Conditions. To accept the Terms and Conditions, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click ‘Agree & Continue’.
You’ll be asked a short series of questions about your music taste and preferences. Your answers to these questions will determine what music the Pure Energy Music app recommends to you. Your Music Taste Profile can be changed at any time, by navigating to Account > Music Taste Profile.

I used the music on a social media video. It’s partially muted. How do I fix this?

Occasionally, social media platform algorithms may mistake a small section of ‘Rights Included’ music for a track that’s subject to licensing restrictions.

If your video is soundtracked by Pure Energy Music, and is muted by a social media platform due to a copyright claim, you should dispute the claim.
