I accidentally cancelled my account. Can I re-subscribe and restart my account?

If you’ve subscribed via the App Store / Google Play Store and wish to cancel your subscription so that you may re-subscribe to a membership in accordance with our website pricing, cancel your subscription on the app (navigate to Account > Delete Account (at the bottom of this page).

What happens after I cancel my subscription?
Individual and Single Site subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Multi Site, Enterprise and Connected Fitness Partners must give a 90-day notice period as per our Terms of Service.
After you’ve requested to cancel your subscription, your access to the Pure Energy Music app will remain until the next renewal date – at which point, your subscription will be automatically cancelled. No further charges will be taken.

Do you work for a Fitness Operator?
Please wait to receive an email invitation from your Team Manager – this will provide instructions on how to set up your account on pureenergymusic.com. Once you have set up your account, follow the steps below to sign in to the Pure Energy Music app.
Has your Team Manager sent you an invitation to a new Pure Energy Music account, and you already have an existing subscription?
Please cancel your Individual subscription first, before accepting your Team Manager’s invitation to your new account. To retain your data (including user playlists and favourites) from your previous account, you must sign up with the email address that was connected to your initial Individual account.
Are you an Individual or Single Site?
Then, follow these step-by-step instructions below:
- On a mobile or tablet, download the Pure Energy Music app via the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices).
- Open the Pure Energy Music app.
- To sign in to a Team, first accept the email invitation from your Team Manager and create your account on pureenergymusic.com. Then, return to the app and select ‘Team’. Input your login details, then click ‘Sign In’.
To sign in as an Individual, select ‘Individual’. Input your login details, then click ‘Sign In’. - To accept the Terms & Conditions, scroll down to the bottom and click ‘Agree & Continue’.
- You’ll be asked a short series of questions about your music taste and preferences. Your answers to these questions will determine what music the Pure Energy Music app recommends to you. Your Music Taste Profile can be changed at any time, by navigating to Account > Music Taste Profile.
- Explore the Pure Energy Music app.
Is there a cancellation period?
Individual and Single Site subscriptions are self-service, and can be cancelled at any time.
