To cancel your account:

  1. Open the Pure Energy Music app.
  2. Click the profile icon in the top left corner of the screen.
  3. Click ‘Manage Subscription’.
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Then, click ‘Cancel Subscription’.

  1. First, create a subscription.
  2. Download the Pure Energy Music app.
  3. Sign In.

Pure Energy Music tracks, albums, mixes, playlists and programmes can be accessed via the Pure Energy Music app – available to download from the App Store (for iOS devices) and Google Play Store (for Android devices).
