How does a Team Manager add/remove Members?

After a Team Manager has signed up, a welcome email will provide their username and password.

With these details, Team Managers can sign in to pureenergymusic.com.

As a Team Manager, you can add or remove Team Members by following these step-by-step instructions:

  1. Go to the Account page. Click ‘Teams’ from the left-hand side menu.
  2. Locate the Team you’d like to modify and click ‘View Team’.
  3. To add members to your Team, click ‘Add Team Member’ in the top right.
  4. Add members by email invitation:

Enter the email address of the member.

Then, select their ‘Role’.

Member – allows access to the app

Manager – allows access to the app + permission to manage the Team

Then, click ‘Invite Member’.

Alternatively, invite members by sharing the ‘Invite Link’. This link will allow members to register themselves for your team. Please use caution when sharing this, as it allows any visitor to add themselves to your team.

Once added, members will receive an email inviting them to join your Team. This email provides step-by-step instructions on how to create an account, and how to download the Pure Energy Music app.

If the member has already subscribed as an Individual, they should cancel their existing subscription before accepting your invitation to join the Team.

To remove Team Members, simply click the red ‘X’ at the right-hand side of the Team Member’s name. Team Members will be notified if they are removed from a Team.
